Welcome to Auto Align ("the App"), operated by orbitaar ("we", "us", or "our"). By using this App, you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

   By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

   The App offers features and content for purchase, including but not limited to:

   • One-time purchases (such as lifetime unlocks)
   • Weekly and yearly auto-renewable subscriptions

   All purchases are processed through your Apple ID account and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions.

3. Subscriptions
   • Auto-Renewal: Weekly and yearly subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
   • Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
   • Manage Subscription: You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings at any time.
   • Free Trials: If a free trial is offered, any unused portion will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
   • Changes: We reserve the right to change subscription prices or features. Any changes will be communicated in advance and will not affect current subscription periods.
4. Refunds

   All purchases are final. Refunds are handled by Apple according to their policies. For more information, visit Apple's support page.

5. License

   We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App. Commercial use of any outputs generated by the App is permitted only for users with an active premium subscription or a valid lifetime purchase. All other users may use the outputs for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

6. User Content

   You retain all rights to images you process with the App. We do not claim ownership of your content. Please note that your right to use outputs for commercial purposes is subject to the License terms above.

7. Prohibited Conduct
   • Use the App for any unlawful purpose
   • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
   • Attempt to circumvent any security features
8. Disclaimer

   The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.

9. Limitation of Liability

   To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

10. Changes to Terms

    We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
