SyncAlbum by orbitaar
This Privacy Policy explains how SyncAlbum handles information. In short: we do not collect, store, or sell any personal information.
None. SyncAlbum does not collect personal information, analytics, identifiers, contact lists, location history, or device data. We do not run tracking SDKs, advertising SDKs, or any third-party analytics.
SyncAlbum is a photo sharing app, so you choose what content to share. SyncAlbum does not upload your photos or album content to orbitaar servers because we do not operate a backend service for SyncAlbum. Your photos remain on your devices and in your own storage accounts you choose to use (for example, Apple Photos/iCloud features on your device).
SyncAlbum shares content only with the people you choose to share with. Anything you share becomes available to those recipients until you remove access or stop sharing.
If you revoke someone’s access, SyncAlbum is designed to remove the shared album from that person’s SyncAlbum experience/devices. However, during the period you shared content with them, recipients may have been able to copy, download, screenshot, export, or otherwise save items outside of SyncAlbum (for example, into their own photo library or storage). Content saved independently by recipients is outside of our control, and we are not responsible for how recipients store, use, or share copies they saved while they had access.
SyncAlbum may request device permissions (such as Photos access or Camera access) to function. These permissions are used only on your device to enable core features and are not used to collect or transmit data to orbitaar.
SyncAlbum does not integrate third-party analytics or advertising services. If you follow external links (for example, App Store links), those services are governed by their own privacy policies.
Because we do not collect or store your data on our servers, we do not retain it. You control your content directly on your device and in any storage services you choose to use. Deleting content from your device or chosen storage removes it from your control according to that provider’s behavior.
We design SyncAlbum so that orbitaar does not receive your photos or personal data. As with any app, we recommend keeping your device updated and using strong device security (passcode/biometrics) to protect your content.
SyncAlbum is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Since we do not collect user data, we do not have a way to identify or store children’s data.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date on this page.
